Insulated render, also called external wall insulation, fixes insulation boards to the outside of your walls before applying the render finish. It noticeably reduces heat loss on solid-wall properties and refreshes the whole exterior at the same time, which makes it popular on older homes across Sunderland and County Durham.
Will weather delay my rendering job?
Render should not be applied in freezing conditions or heavy rain, so winter jobs are planned with the forecast in mind. We protect fresh render with sheeting where needed and will always tell you honestly if conditions mean waiting a day or two for a better finish.
